Philadelphia Union

As the team’s Digital Club Reporter, I tell the stories of the organization’s players, coaches, staff, and community through editorial pieces, digital video interviews, the team’s weekly television show called Union Insider on PHL-17, and our biweekly podcast called The DOOP presented by Subaru.

My day-to-day includes pitching, writing, and editing Union game, community, and feature pieces for philadelphiaunion.com, managing site and app structure, posting content using the league’s Deltatre content management system, and facilitating both sponsored and non-sponsored video and social content. 

I also supplement Philadelphia Union social channels @philaunion, youtube, and Apple TV profile with long and short-form sit-down, pregame, and postgame interviews with players, coaches, and club executives. Another role I’ve taken on is managing the social media presence of the club’s MLS NEXT Pro reserve team, Philadelphia Union II.

During my first three seasons as a soccer reporter, I’ve broadened my knowledge of the sport, the league’s intricacies, and the vibrant and diverse community surrounding it — all while growing as both a journalist, host, on-air personality, and content creator.
